Out with the old, in with the new. Doux’s got a brand new tag!

Early on in our Master/pet relationship, Master handmade 2 necklaces, one for myself, and one for the kitty we were playing with together at the time. Each one bore our pet names, and were worn with pride. A symbol of our love for Him and His love for us. As the years have gone on kittens, pets, toys, and friends alike came and went. A total of 5 tags and necklaces were made in that time. As these girls either exited gracefully, or left behind a trail of burning embers, so did the meaning behind each of their tags… until mine was the only one left.

For my birthday Master replaced my one-of-five heart pet tag with a unique collar and tag that I adore! And as He did with the first, this one was also made by His hand. We shopped together for the right pendant, and then pieced the collar together ourselves until we had a pet collar and tag that is so uniquely mine, as I am uniquely His.

As for tags of the past and future… we talked about that as well. There may be other tags in our future, since you never know what wonders will fall into your lap, but none will ever look, feel, or mean the same as the one I wear now.
